3 core teaching modalities
To ensure students can rapidly retrieve behavioral protocols under high-stress conditions, the framework is hardcoded through three primary developmental pathways:
rhythm, Cadence & Pattern (Auditory Retention):
Utilizing structural rhythm and the rhythmic composition philosophy of J-Dilla to build executive function, auditory processing, and stress-resistant cognitive retrieval of behavioral tools.
the Role-Play Game (Experiential/Kinesthetic):
Students physically navigate real-world school, social, and situational conflicts within a gamified structure. This builds deep physical muscle memory and actively short circuits defensive emotional reactions
focused Art (Somatic / Visual):
Highly structured, geometric art exercises explicitly designed to reduce nervous system anxiety, scale up frustration tolerance, and expand emotional vocabulary through a physical, non-verbal medium.
School & community partnerships
Community MINE is intentionally designed to integrate with existing educational, behavioral health, and community funding systems, making implementation accessible and sustainable for schools and community organizations.
